Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Truostray (the service), which is run by Truos Tray / ត្រួសត្រាយ, based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (we, us). If you use Truostray on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for it.

1. The service

Truostray is a workplace collaboration platform: messages, tasks, documents, approvals, meetings and room booking in one workspace. It is in early access and will change as we build it. We will tell workspace administrators before we remove anything they rely on.

2. Accounts

• An organisation opens a workspace, and its administrators decide who joins and what they can see.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• If you think someone else has used your account, tell us straight away.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Truostray to:

1. break the law, or store material you have no right to store;
2. upload malicious code, or try to disrupt the service;
3. get into another workspace, account, or any part of our systems you have not been given access to;
4. scan, load-test or penetration-test the service without our written permission, except against your own workspace at a rate that does not affect anyone else;
5. get around access controls or usage limits;
6. copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
7. pretend to be someone else, or use a signature or approval that is not yours; or
8. send spam.

We may look into suspected misuse, viewing only as much workspace content as that requires, and we record when we do.

4. Your content

Your organisation owns its content. We handle it only to run, secure and support the service, as the privacy policy describes. If an administrator connects Truostray to another service, content sent there is that service's responsibility.

5. Our software

We own Truostray and its software. You may use it for your organisation's own work while you have an account. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

6. Fees

Truostray does not charge through this website yet. Any paid arrangement will be agreed with you in writing before you are charged anything.

7. Availability

During early access Truostray is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and to warn you before planned maintenance, but we make no promise of uptime.

8. Ending your use

• You can stop using Truostray at any time. To close a workspace, write to us.
• We may suspend an account or workspace that breaks these terms or threatens the security of the service or of other customers. We will tell you why, and restore access once the problem is resolved — including where it turns out to have been our mistake.
• Before a workspace is closed, its audit trail can be exported as a CSV file. Other data we can extract for you on request.

9. Changes to these terms

We will post changes here with a new version number and date, and tell workspace administrators about significant ones before they take effect.
